Individualized and Group training for Early Childhood Staff
Does your staff need CEU’s? We offer Professional Development classes in a variety of topics. These topics change throughout the year, so be sure to check back about new and upcoming trainings. These trainings are offered IN-PERSON!
If there is a specific need for a classroom or child, we can be there to offer immediate, hands-on training. We observe the classroom, meet with the teacher to discuss current strategies and devise a plan with research-based interventions. We also offer coaching to support staff for plan consistency, ensuring it is effective. Follow-up sessions are available for teacher support and to confirm the child is meeting success.
Family Consultation
Working together with child AND parents.
We offer support for your child with communication, handling disappointment and frustration (hearing “no”), sibling/peer relationships, independence, and self-help skills. We work with the child AND the parents to improve behaviors, determine the motivation (cause) of the behaviors and model effective strategies. Our goal is to give your family the tools necessary to keep improving these behaviors, while giving you peace of mind.

Alignment with home and school.
By strengthening the relationships between parents and school staff, with motivation and engagement from all parts, the student is able to generalize and develop skills at a higher level and faster pace. We will work on that plan, present it to all parties, and move forward together in implementing the strategies.
