I’m a passionate parent, grandparent, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist. Through my years of experience, I realized that sleep—or the lack of—was at the root of so many behavioral challenges. Big emotions got bigger, impulsivity and hyperactivity became harder to manage, and everyday struggles felt overwhelming. With over 25 years as an educator and expert, I bring a wealth of knowledge to fellow parents and caregivers.
